Main difference between Etomidate and Tiletamine ,

Etomidate is primarily a cardiovascularly stable hypnotic anesthetic used in human emergency medicine.
Tiletamine is a dissociative anesthetic mainly used in veterinary medicine that provides both anesthesia and analgesia through NMDA receptor blockade.

Main Side effect of Etomidate and Tiletamine,

Telatamine: Disadvantages include rough recoveries (marked paddling/paddling, increased muscle rigidity, salivation, and potentially prolonged recovery times

Etomidate: The major side effect is adrenal suppression due to inhibition of 11ß-hydroxylase, which blocks cortisol synthesis s 23. It also often causes myoclonus muscle jerks, seen in over 50% of patients 23.
